Bryan University named as a Top Company to Work for in Arizona for the Fifth Year in a Row

We’re pleased to announce that Bryan University has earned a spot on the list of 2020 AZcentral.com® Top Companies to Work for in Arizona for the fifth year in a row! This designation is the result of comprehensive employee surveys measuring culture, work environment, leadership, and employee pride and satisfaction, combined with rigorous evaluations of workplace practices, policies, perks, and demographics.

“This year, 125 companies were selected based on the results of highly favorable employee survey scores in the overall survey, as well as high scores in the employee engagement survey. This level of performance for Arizona companies is about three times the national average when compared to Gallup’s recent surveys of U.S. employee engagement,” said Denise Gredler, Founder & CEO for BestCompaniesAZ and BU program consulting partner.

Said Eric Evans, BU President: “We are honored to be included on this list of leading workplaces in Arizona and are especially proud that Bryan University was selected for the fifth consecutive year. We are grateful to each member of the Bryan University team whose dedication to our mission and vision, personal contributions, and support of our culture make this recognition possible.”

Bryan University also received this recognition for providing workplace initiatives that support employee wellness and work-site benefits. The BU office of employee excellence has dedicated time and resources to developing programs to provide employees with support, resources, and learning opportunities. These include monthly wellness lunch-and-learns on topics such as fitness, nutrition, and financial management, in addition to wellness challenges and an online wellness incentive program. BU also provides a range of employee benefits, including health insurance plans, employer-paid life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, a matching 401(k) plan, and a tuition waiver plan.

The 125 Top Companies will be honored in a special supplement of The Arizona Republic, as well as online at azcentral.com and www.BestCompaniesAZ.com.
